Prepare the Package
Place the boots in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the footwear shows no signs of outdoor wear or creasing.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
